Being part of the Leadership Meetup, I felt like writing few lines on Authentic leadership.
A leader doesn’t need authority to lead, a true leader leads by leading themselves first E.g. leading by example.
A Leader creates movement by their “Vision”,
A Leader inspires action by their “character” which comes from their daily behaviour and their dedication to “the cause”.
A Leader commands respect by their “high moral standard” which comes from their honesty and fairness.
